2. THE AFRICAN AMERICAN EXPERIENCE DURING WWII PANEL

In conjunction with the Dallas Holocaust Museum’s special exhibit Fighting for the Right to Fight: African American Experiences in WWII, join them for a conversation about the African American experience in Dallas during World War II. Moderated by Dr. Ervin James III, their panelists will discuss aspects of daily life for African Americans in Dallas and the surrounding areas in the years leading up to the Civil Rights Movement.
