Join the Participatory Music Coalition for the festival of the century: Eclipsing Festival 2018. Recognizing the spiritual importance of Black American Classical Music, Participatory Music Coalition maintains improvisation as the very core of their creative endeavors because improvisation is the doorway to the spirit-domain, and sound is the primordial vessel of healing to the world. Artists within the Eclipsing series possess the ability to cross boundaries between mediums and mobilize darkness within their works, harnessing darkness’s metaphorical and metaphysical qualities. Celebrate their power all weekend long at Links Hall. Learn more HERE.

This 93-minute feature documentary is narrated by Samuel L. Jackson and is entirely inspired by James Baldwin’s unfinished manuscript, Remember This House, a collection of notes and letters written by Baldwin in the mid-1970s.
