1. AMFM PRESENTS: THE JAZZ SERIES HOLIDAZE
Friday, December 15, 2017, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
The AMFM Gallery is hosting its last jazz series of 2017 and you’re invited! Come check out great musical performances and dance with some of your favorite Chicago artists. 2. THE DOJO PRESENTS: SPACE DANCE PARTY + XENOFEMME
Friday, December 15, 2017, 8:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Go on a little trip on the rocketship to the galaxy’s biggest dance party ever. Immanence front transforms the Dojo into an intergalactic time traveling ship XENOFEMME where the year is 2023, the Earth’s population is decimated, Elon Musk has colonized Mars, and it’s up to us to prevent that from happening. 3. SOULFUL CHICAGO KWANZAA BOOK FAIR
Saturday, December 16, 2017, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Back by popular demand, the AMC Center presents the Soulful Chicago Kwanzaa Book Fair! Join the celebration with some of Chicago’s finest African Diasporic authors. Purchase books for the holiday season and enjoy great food and musical performances for the whole family. Learn more HERE.

4. BRUNCH BEFORE CHRISTMAS
Saturday, December 16, 2017, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The IO Godfrey invites you to join them for their last Ready Set Brunch of 2017: BRUNCH BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Dress up, and visit the decorated IO Roofscape winter wonderland as you dance, eat, and be merry. They’ll also be collecting warm items (coats, blankets, clothing, etc.) for Street Samaritans, a local grassroots organization that helps the homeless community. 5. POCKET CON 2017
Saturday, December 16, 2017, 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Pocket Con is a free single day convention for Chicago youth brought to you by a partnership between the Chicago Public Library, Free Write and LOKari Productions, designed to promote African American comic book artists, authors, and lead characters. Pocket Con also features work by other underrepresented groups such as women, Latinxs, LGBTQ, and other minorities. 6. THE DOPE SWEATER GROOVE
Saturday, December 16, 2017, 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Joy District & The Plug present the 2nd Annual Dope Sweater Groove, their final installment of 2017. Come show off the dopest sweaters of the season while connecting with some of the best and most innovative millennial creatives, corporate hustlers, and influencers in Chicago. 7. THE PURVEYORS CLUB PRESENTS: THE 2ND ANNUAL UGLY KARAOKE PARTY

Join the Purveyors Club for the 2nd Annual Ugly Karaoke Party, a dope night at the Hidden Lofts in Chicago’s west loop. Before they close out the year, the lovely ladies of Queens Brunch would like to bring you the ultimate glow up series.
